Meet Allen Chien, DDS
Dr. Chien is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a strong foundation in general dentistry, known for his compassionate care, surgical expertise, and commitment to communication with both patients and referring dentists.
About Dr. Allen
Dr. Chien has years of experience performing full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery, including extractions, dental implants, and anesthesia. His background as a general dentist gives him a well-rounded and collaborative approach to patient care. He values open, direct communication and enjoys working with referring dentists. After years of serving in Fresno, he has returned to Southern California to be closer to family and contribute to the Orange County community.

- Bachelor of Science (BS) and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) – University of Southern California (USC), through an accelerated dental program
- Advanced Training – Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center and Los Angeles General Medical Center
- Residency – Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno (now UCSF Fresno)
- Post-Residency Practice – Fresno Oral Maxillofacial Surgery & Dental Implant Center

Hobbies & Interests
Dr. Chien enjoys treating patients of all ages and values the personal growth that comes from private practice. Outside the office, he participates in dental and medical charity events, and enjoys jiu-jitsu, road cycling, and playing pickleball.
